客室清潔。目的地への案内の説明が丁寧で明快。コーヒーをこぼしてしまった時、布団カバーをとりかえてくれた。朝ごはんが種類が多く美味しかった。それに6時から食べられたので、出発の列車に間に合った。駅近でリーズナブルな価格設定で良かった。大浴場も嬉しかった。お湯はもう少し熱いほうが良かったけれど。
