Loud music from 9:00 PM to 12:AM on weekday night coming from a restaurant within walking distance whose backyard faces the front of hotel. Noise such as talking, crying and moving of chairs easily penetrates through walls and upstairs rooms. Room had three windows with shades. Double pane windows would be nice. Rooms do not have air or central heat. Room was cold at night. Called front desk in the middle of the night to report noisy neighbors and requested to be moved to another room. Security office came to check but mentioned that they will move me to another room until next morning. Did not sleep at all that night. Ended up leaving hotel. Totally unacceptable.

Very, very Poor customer service (except the bell boy) bad environment, too old, lack of hygiene, long wait time for services, and, big need for upgrade in many, many areas.
