This hotel was in the outskirts of the city next to the airport about 20 minutes away it was a wonderful hotel much better than the one we stood at the rooms were big bathrooms were big compared to the original hotel we stood in town in the city of Paris which was smaller this one was great I do recommend it.

Inondation ! Mauvaise expérience (photo)

Pour un séjour d’une nuit on a été dans 3 chambres différentes. Nous étions 2 adultes et un petit enfant de 4ans. 😡😡 Dans la première (la n*26) nous avons constaté et signalé un fort courant d’air venant de l’extérieur sous la porte et côté de la fenêtre. Nos pieds étaient gelés en 2 passées dans la chambre. Aussi Il n’y avait de chauffage fonctionnel dans la SDB. On signale et on nous change de chambre. Une 2 eme chambre Numéro 1 (la catastrophe ! Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche ni le soir ni le matin et lavabo cassé- voir photo de la salle de bain inondée). Un chauffage d’appoint nous a tout de même été prêté. Suite à la plainte à l’accueil, on nous propose une troisième chambre! Quel désarroi après avoir payé plus de 100€ pour une nuit. Nous avons été prendre la douche le lendemain dans une troisième chambre (numéro 2)! Je reste en attente du remboursement demandé au Directeur de son l’Hotel Mr BERURIER suite à cet inconfort et ce séjour désagréable. Mes nombreux messages écrits pour signaler l’inconfort n’ont pas eu de réponse jusqu’à présent.
