Vi ankom til hotel kl 16.00 ved check in tid og mødte en lukket dør hvor vi så ringede og fik instruks om hvordan vi kunne få en nøgle hos en der næsten ikke kunne tale engelsk. Da vi så endelig skal have vores værelse så er det værelse vi bliver henvist til ikke rengjort . Vi ender så med at få et andet værelse til dagen efter hvor vi så ikke kan få værelse med terresse og have som vi har bestilt . Meget ringe ! Vi ender i et værelse hvor vi bor ved siden af et vaskerum med en masse larm . En dag gør de ikke rent og næste dag må vi sige de skal gøre rent ellers gjorde de det ikke . Vi mener ikke vi har modtaget det værelse vi har betalt for og ser gerne en form for kompensation.
