Quiet Lakefront Retreat nestled in the woods.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. We, the hosts, live on the property in an attached house. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
