It's in a lovely neighborhood with lots of cages and restaurants to explore. Clean and fresh. We also had great and positive communication with Sam about check in and other little question.

A great neighborhood for foodies with lots of choices. With 4 bedrooms the apartment is ideal for friends or families traveling together. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sam was great about staying in touch throughout our stay.

There were 5 of us, my wife and 3 grownup children and the apartment was clean, spacious and conveniently located.

GP Weekend Lodging

Perfect place for our party of 6. In town for GP. Convenient to metro, Plateau activities, restaurants etc. Enjoyed being close to Parc Mont Royal. Apartment equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Grocery store a short walk down the street for anything else we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in Sam's apartment. There were 7 adults and two dogs staying in the apartment. We found it was clean, sufficiently spacious and conveniently located. It is a perfect spot for a comfortable stay and to explore Montreal. It is very close to parks and green space, and a short walk to St. Laurent and St. Denis. Sam was responsive and checked in during our stay. BedroomsThe four bedrooms are compact and vary a little in size. One bedroom has no outdoor window. The bed was comfortable. A few more pillows could be added. KitchenIt is equipped with some of the basics for cooking. BathroomsBoth bathrooms have showers and basic supplies.

Sam was an amazing and communicative host who made us feel at ease and welcome. The apartment was convenient and made an excellent stop off point on our larger adventures. The neighbourhood had many hidden treasures such as Che, a little empanada restaurant on the corner and Mira Colo, a delightful Italian restaurant nearby.Our only real concerns were that the pillows were less than comfortable and the security door was never closed. Even when we made sure to pull it tight and locked, it was open every time we arrived back at the apartment. But otherwise our stay was pleasant, warm, and an excellent beginning to our little getaway.
