1. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the following House Rules. So please read carefully.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence nor book for a third party, unless they obtained the host`s consent prior to booking. Please contact us if you`re from the greater Montreal area and/or booking for a third party. No such instant reservations are allowed. Note that if instant reservation of this kind occurs, we will have the right to cancel the reservation without guest`s notice or consent. Contact our team to learn more before confirming your booking.
3. Guest are required to fill an online Check-In form within a maximum of 48h after making the reservation and prior to checking in. The form will ask for a government issued ID, consistent with the identity of the person who made the reservation.
4. Check-in time occur between 4 pm and 11pm. You`re welcome to request an early check in, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
5. Parties or excessive noises are not allowed in our locations. Please respect other guests in the buildings. If more than one intervention is required or if the intervention of the police is required, all occupants will have to vacate the premises and the guest will lose the entire security deposit.
6. For the health and safety of all our guests, we DO NOT allow pets or smoking of any kind inside the apartment at any time. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.
7. The guest is responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean their dishes, bring furniture back to its original spot, pick up their trash and bring it out.
If a location is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
9. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur.
10. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.).
11. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined Check-Out time, guests will be charged $199/hour. This hourly fee doubles after 2h. The fee is applied at the start of the each subsequent hour.
This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
12. In the event that we have a legitimate cause for concern, (including but not limited to: electrical or plumbing issues, presence of pets, smoking inside the premises, overcrowding, neighbour complaint for excessive noise or other serious reasons), the apartment may be entered by a member of our team, without prior consent of the guest, to ensure its integrity.

Amazing location
We loved the location of this adorable apartment. Extremely walkable, so many delicious food options right downstairs. The apartment has plenty of sleeping areas for everyone, plus nice to have the kitchen and washer/dryer for our family during the longer stay. It's a tad creaky, and the bathroom sink is tiny, but that's just part of its charm.

Loved the area, right on Mont-Royal, unit was clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Cute patio/deck off kitchen. We had issues with the TV but was promptly dealt with by Marty(host). We had a parking fiasco when we first arrived and was told we had to find alternate parking which was horrible driving around in rush hour Friday evening. Was finally resolved and our parking fee was reimbursed. Other than that would recommend!

3 words....LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!!! This well appointed and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Plateau was perfect for my family! Roomy, close to parks, cafes, the Metro and some of the best coffee I've had in a long time :) Even though 1 bedroom faced the street, it was very quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were really kind and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true "city experience".

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located in the Plateau section of Montreal, with many resident Montreal-ers living all around. That means great restaurants, bakeries, markets, small shops all within walking distance and easy access to the Metro and the bus. (Not so many tourists) You get a real sense of how residents of Montreal actually live. The apartment is warm and cozy and well-appointed with everything you need to cook as much as you want. Our only difficulty was feeling uncertain about the street entrance upon arrival. The Uber driver dropped us at a corner rather than right in front of the apartment entrance and we felt uncertain about which door/keypad to use. Once we knew which one it was, we had no problems. We would highly recommend this apartment for your Montreal stay.

My wife and I loved this place. The location of this apartment on Avenue Mont Royal is incredible. The street in this area is closed to traffic during the summer and is pedestrian promenade populated with many restaurants featuring covered al fresco dining, as well as some bars and other businesses. very nice park with a lake within easy walking distance. We dined al fresco every day. There is a good variety of ethnic restaurants nearby. The Apartment itself is one flight up from the street, very comfortable, well equipped, and decorated.
