Terrible Host Terrible Stay

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE OR WITH ANY "JUPITER" MANAGED PROPERTIES IN THIS BUILDING/AREA: I am a working professional in Finance and a mom from New York City. I'm a seasoned traveler (over 100+ countries) and also have stayed in many hotels/peered spaces and have never experienced such horrible customer service and an unsafe place to stay. The host guaranteed me verbally that 2 standard cribs (pack and plays) would be provided. Within 2-3 hour after I booked, he notified me that one of the cribs was an infant crib (which would not work for my 2 twin toddlers). I then asked for a refund and he refused to provide this to me . Thus, I was forced to forfeit my money or stay here. Once I arrived, the furniture was in such poor condition that the living room table top held together by two pieces of tape literally fell off (without us pushing it) and fell on top of my child. When I reached out about this, the owner/manager had the balls to charge me $300 for "breaking" this barely taped together flimsy tiny table. Stay here and book here if you want to receive the worst customer service experience of your life and risk your life with the furniture.

Good location, simple apartment

Very simple apartment, bedrooms are quite small and no drawers, so with suitcases on the floor there was basically no space to walk. But other than that, everything was fine.

Clean and Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The four of us stayed there and were comfortable. My only concern was that there was only enough table settings and towels for three. We had to go out and buy more towels and plastic cutlery. Our host communicated clearly and promptly.
