Only stay here under specific conditions. My friends and I were only in Montreal for a single night for IglooFest. We knew we would be coming back to the room tired and late so the quality was not our concern. The rooms are tiny, only big enough for a bed and small table. No outdoor lighting as it’s in the basement. The room was clean upon arrival, no complaints. The shower was lukewarm at best, and the pressure was pretty low. Overall, it was fine for our purposes (mainly because 2/6 of our group mangaged to sleep elsewhere 😉), but I definitely would not recommend for a several day trip unless you don’t expect to spend any time at the room.

We had no hot water for 3 of 4 days and was brushed off by the staff saying just run it longer. As if 45 minutes was not enough and thats normal. There is no staff on site 24 hours and their phone foes not get ansered nor do the messages.

The hotel has a great location and was a bargain. Room was clean but spare. It had king size bed that could sleep 3 according to the website, there was only one chair in the room and a desk. A combo furniture unit had space for a few articles of clothing, 3 hangers, a coffee machine, refrigerator, and a device that could either heat or cool a cup of water. A single towel was provided for me and a single towel for my companion. Asked for a hand towel and received another bath towel (which was also very thin). Large bathroom with a shower large enough for 3, but no hooks; the 2 sinks support could be used as a towel holder.
