La personne à l’accueil ne parlait pas français à notre arrivée. Le chauffage était très bruyant et nous étions collés sur l’ascenseur. C’était super bruyant au point de nous empêcher de dormir. Nous étions en plus arrivés à l’hôtel à 2h15 du matin à cause de notre vol, nous avions un grand besoin de dormir!

Problem with climate control. Room was 26 degrees, 37% humidity with NO heat on. Had to put AC on and the heat still didn’t go down. Paper thin walls. Could gear neighbours easily. To note: staff courteous and professional.
