Staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice & very clean. Well worth the price.
This hotel was decent, rugs in hallways and room could use updating they looked worn, they were clean but just looked dated and somewhat worn out, I stayed there because of the shuttle to the airport but the other hotels in the area also have that and are not as expensive. I was there to pick up my daughter at the airport so it was ok formyself but, if i went with family I would find someplace else that was a bit less expensive and includes a breakfast for free which this place does not, they charge you for it.
The hotel was nice. The room had modern décor and looked great. The bathroom could have used a little updating, but overall good.
bathtubs have black mold in grout, both rooms I stayed have the mold. other than that everything great. Hat e to see staff from Holiday Inn working there they are known to be rude, would hate to see the atmosphere of the Crown change, Crown so much nicer staff even though they have same owner.
THIS HOTEL HAS THE BEST VALUE AND VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY AT MONTREAL AIRPORT'S VICINITY. I HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL DO SO IN FUTURE.
When I arrived at the Hotel, the hotel desk clerk promptly gave me my room key. The room was cleaned very well and no outside noise filtered through except through the door. It was quite peaceful and I would stay here again.
It was okay
+Very nice room/bed/bedding/pillows + Room and hotel are very clean - some speaking noise from guests in the next room + no outside noise (roads, planes, etc.) + Good location about 2 miles north from the airport - Geographic area is business/industrial and on a frontage road of the 520 freeway (external views are not attractive)
Good amenities and close to airport. Tricky to get in and out of the Hotel, but you get used to it. Bathtub had a major chip in it, beds were not the best, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Personnel were great. Room was very nice, comfortable, suitable for working. Bar was very nice, great place to sit and visit, had a decent menu, friendly staff. Breakfast was okay, kind of over-priced for what was offered.
The administration is great, they did their best to accomodate my business center needs, even though the business center was temporarily unavailable. Rooms were very quiet, I slept very well. For breakfast I think it could be better : reception. The fitness room looked like a remote storage room.
