The only thing good about this place is the location. Customer service is really lacking so badly that it’s not worth it. Not enough towels, nice appointed place but not cleaned well or maintained, unable to reach anyone if you really need something and when you do they just stall and never respond. Horrible! Never again! Too many other choices!
First off... let me say that I’ve stayed here a total of 3 times...so it’s obvious that I liked the apts at one time. Traveling in a large group, we booked two apartments from this location and a few from another location that management also owned. This location we had a 2-bedroom and another 1 bedroom. I had so many issues I don’t know where to start. Check in was fairly easy. We even got help with our luggage. A representative is on the premises from 10am-9pm. All seemed well and we went out drinks and dinner. We got back about 11 PM… The door to the front of the building was locked. I didn’t think much about it because the other two times we stayed at this location the front door to the main building was always open. However on this occasion, it was locked and we had no code to get in. We were not given a code prior to leaving for the night. There was no one on site and the after hours number that was provided no one answered. To make this horrible and long story short, we were locked out of our two bedroom apartment for the ENTIRE night, we ended staying w/some new friends ...on their couch until after 10 AM the next day. We were not able to take a shower, get clean clothes and sleep in a bed… unacceptable! The same day, the next group in my party arrived. They were given a studio instead of the one bedroom they paid for. They were stuck with a room they did not pay for a night. No one reimbursed us. We had problems! And apts were very dusty among other things! Bad!
