My studio was in good shape. It looked like it had been recently fixed up, especially in the washroom. I noticed that there was no AC. What do people do in the summer? Open a window?

This is a warning to stay away from this dump that they call apartment hotel. Are you riding around midnight and the room was filthy. I was itching all night fearing that I have bed bugs. Other people had bed bugs and had not seen those reviews before I booked. I arranged to have a shuttle pick me up the next morning at 9:30 a.m. and when I got down to the waiting area there was nobody in the office and there was another guy who was waiting for supposedly the shuttle. A taxi shows up and we asked if that was a shuttle and he said yes when we got to the airport we were each charged $7. I have attempted to reach the hotel 3 times and the manager is not on duty and someone else said the shuttle should have been there at 9:30 and it should have been free. Most importantly, this apartment hotel is a dump an absolutely disgusting and filthy. You will be afraid to sleep in the bed. I arrived at midnight and slept in it for about 4 hours and was itching all night and couldn't wait to leave that apartment hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay at the clean hotel not a roach hotel like this one.
Hair is everywhere. On my pillows, bed sheets, bathroom
This was a cheap clean room for a quick stay in Montreal. The room was clean but needed some updating especially the carpet and furniture. Additionally, there was no way to control the temperature in the room.
I did not like anything. Customer service was very very poor. When I arrived at the airport I called to arrange shuttle and the person who received my call treated me bad. Then, when we were picked up the driver treated very bad to another customer and was disrespectful and raised his voice to this girl. The driver did not help with the luggage and asked me to do it by myself (temp was -20 c). In summary, the environment was hostile and it seems the driver, the person who attended the call is the same person who manages reservations and the front desk. Lastly, the room was in a basement and had to move my luggage by myself after almost 12 hours traveling.
The place was perfect for me, the whole idea of a converted apt with full kitchen. Very close to Dorval shopping center, and the buses and airport. There are no frills amenities but i was not looking for these things. Manager Emily was very responsiveness to needs and the shuttle was convenient
Could improve with cleanliness. There were ants all over the place.
Great customer service and they even let us check in earlier. The guy at the front desk was very cooperative, and nice. We were very pleased with our stay. I highly recommend the hotel if you are catching a flight. They are about 5 minutes away from the airport and they offer transportation. Their price is very affordable.
My flight got delayed so I didn't arrive at the hotel until ~2 AM, then had to take the 4 AM shuttle back to the hotel. Shuttle was fantastic. Bed was super comfortable and apartment was spacious. I would stay here again.
It was a nice one bedroom apartment near the airport, a little bit old, but in decent condition.
The is a very nice hotel. They even have a free shuttle to the airport.
Upon arrival in the room beds looked desheveled. Pillows was stained nap had to request new bedding sheets. Room was cold so we requested a space heater. Not much amenities in the office.
Great price for a full apartment with full kitchen. It was great. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is old and outdated. Loose tiles in the bathroom, chips in the kitchen countertops and overall dingy atmosphere. Trouble getting into the room upon arrival so an alternate room was provided however it was in the basement next to the laundry facility.
We stayed here for a low cost place to stay before flying out of the Montreal airport. It’s close to the airport so the planes are a bit loud. The hotel used to be apartments so the rooms are fairly large and a have a simply stocked kitchen. It’s not fancy, but it’s definitely adequate. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was also very friendly.

We are very sorry this was the case, we are speaking with the man who was in charge that night, and insuring this never being repeated ever again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We do have A/C units installed in windows of bedrooms during the summer.
