Brilliant traditional French hotel: slightly scruffy but clean and with WIFI and air-conditioning all working well. It's easy to walk from the tram stop (though the sign is now a bit dark and not light blue like the picture!). If you want something authentically French and cheap then this is a really great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

Entrance a bit overgrown and could be more welcoming. A little bit from the sites but a tramway stop about 200 metres away. Room was a bit dated, shower in the bath, but room had air con which was needed as the temperature 90 degrees plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Pleasant hotel

A pleasant and convenient small hotel outside the Montpellier city centre and within walking distance of the Tramway. Fine for the one night I needed and not expensive.

Worst hotel experience in my life -DON'T EVEN TRY!

I am still traveling and in the process of getting a refund so don't have enough time to develop the full story in detail let's just say that after booking the hotel on Expedia and calling the hotel to warn them that we would be arriving late, the receptionist gave us a code to enter and then forgot about a key to the second door. At midnight we were out in the street, locked out of the street in a city we don't know well, we managed to find a phone number and a young lady told us that she couldn't come to our help because she lived too far and the other personnel didn't want to be bothered at night. After half an hour of screaming and begging we realized that it was totally OK for them to leave guests who had paid for their room in the street. We had the worst night wandering in Montpellier, exhausted, and finally found a munch more expensive chain hotel, with a friendly and normal staff. The next day, when we returned to get a refund and complain, the only thing the receptionist did is blame her night colleague, and saying they should fire her, The director was trying to flee the scene when we called him, then said he was with family when I called again then didn't answer and the receptionist said he was on vacations. After two weeks, we still didn't get an apology or a refund. I am waiting to be back in the US to fight with enough time to help other potential guests of this hotel to understand that this is a dishonest enterprise run by a lazy crook.... Don't even try it!!!

must spray something regularly killing mosquitoes(not in rooms)outdoor,but if you open window,mosquitoes come in the room.They spread easily (outdoor,in the terraces)especially in spring& summer.mosquitoes is not a kind insect,they spread gems.The terraces of Hotel Acapulco is very very beautiful.once the cleaning is better in outdoor it should be perfect &wonderful.we like staying outdoor in a nice tempreture,quiet environment that the hotel can offer like Acapulco,having simple snack &wine,such an enjoyment everybody like!thanks all staff at Hotel Acapulco!

Small, spartan, friendly, convenient

This is not a fancy hotel by any stretch of the imagination. But it had a certain charm, particularly its lovely patio. The staff were all friendly and kind. The room was clean, but small and spartan. There was an A/C unit in the room, but there didn't seem to be a way to turn it on. The internet worked well, however. It is very close to the tram or one can walk to the town center in about 15 minutes. Given the price of the hotel, I thought it was well worth the money and would stay there again.

Acapulco in Montpellier

Tthere was few facicities in room. no iron, no fridge ... even bad quality soap or shampoo . difficult satirs to climb, very old and dirty hotel building and yard. the pictures on website were much more better than real hotel. I will never recomend this kind of hotel to any one. cheers

Hôtel près du centre ville donc on peut visiter à pied. Accueil très agréable. Pas de parking gratuit, dans la rue parking payant. Un accord avec un parking sécurisé (10mn à pied) permet de laisser sa voiture 10€/j. Chambre agréable, correcte et propre. Petit déjeuner correct.
