The road to the hotel was iced an no one salted or sanded it making it impossible to get to the hotel. The light in our hallway wasn’t working. The hotel was run down, the towels were pitifully small, the shower ran out of hot water.

Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but luckily we had unseasonably mild weather. Small eating area/restaurant with small evening menu which we didn’t have. Breakfast typical cold continental buffet - although you could make a boiled egg and toast. The hotel caters for both couples/families as well as a few commercial van drivers when we were there. Would return there to visit our French family (but would possibly consider taking our own bath towels).

Problème d eau dans la chambre non signalé, pomme de douche cassée non remplacée manqué lampe dans la salle de bain, moisissures, obligés de lancer de l eau avec la bouilloire pour vider les toilettes et j en passe! La responsable de l hôtel qui apparemment loge sur place etait au courant n a même pas prévenu ses clients mais nous dit que si nous n avions pas mis le panneau « ne pas déranger «  nous aurions eu le passage du plombier!!! Bref de la mauvaise foi, un séjour gâché sauf le fait de voir notre famille c etait le seul point positif. Étant issue de l hôtellerie de luxe en tant que gouvernante, c est inadmissible de laisser ses clients dans un hôtel aussi mal tenu mais où on vous fait la morale car vous souhaitez payer en espèces alors que vous pouvez payer par carte sur le site. Cela ne regarde que le client ! Merci de faire le nécessaire car nous souhaitons une compensation et nous vous faisons confiance pour cela étant clients depuis longtemps. Chambre propre mais froide. Il y a un petit radiateur électrique qui a pris du temp a chauffer la chambre. Je n'ai pas prolonger mon séjour alors que je devais resté 2 nuit dans le coin. Le lendemain j'ai pris ma douche avant d'aller traivailleret j'ai du atendre 2 minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude, je n'ai pas eu la patience j'avais commencé avec l'eau froide ( quoi qu'il arrive c'est bon pour le métabolisme) et le syphon de douche était bouché donc pas chouette ne sachant avec quoi c'est bouché. Je vais au toilette et quand je tire la chasse sa fuit et une flaque par terre. Je ne suis pas de mauvaise fois mais franchement je préfère en rire. Je pense que l'hôtel a besoin d'être renové et mieu entretenu. Avec un systèmes de chauffage plus efficaces et écologique. Personnelle agréables.

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel richtig gut! Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und nicht zu beengt. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es gab Kaffee- und Tee-Facilities im Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Ein neuer und gut sortierter Aldi ist 200 m entfernt. Ein großes Plus.
