Secure space, 24 hrs surveillance cameras on the exteriors. High speed fiber optic wifi internet. * Swimming pool subject to availability, please ask before booking. * The residence has 380m2 of construction 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, 3 private dressing rooms, fully equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Large common areas such as terraces, garage, balcony and garden. We provide each guest with towels, shampoo and bed linen. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bedroom with exclusive terrace, Garage with garden area, Living room with exit to the balcony and Basement with garden area to use the barbecue that we will provide. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas. Please clean the area and be respectful of the cleaning rules.
