It is one of the three apartments in the farmhouse. It is located on the first floor and is fit for up to 4 guests. There are plenty of things to do within the premises like swimming in gorgeous open-air shared pool and then basking in the sun on one of the loungers, taking a stroll in the garden, spending quality time with little ones in the playing area, barbecuing and dining outdoors. All these amenities are shared by other apartments. There is also a private space in the pergola where guests can dine while enjoying the idyllic views of the landscape.

The open-plan living room offers uninterrupted view of the greenery outside. It is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining setup and a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests will find a dishwasher, a drip coffee machine, an oven, a toaster and a fridge to make cooking simple and stress-free.

Bedroom 1: The nice and spacious room opens into the balcony. It has a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
Extra: Two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Location
This peaceful apartment in a farmhouse is a unique medley of the old and the new offering a different kind of experience that is both authentic as well as comfortable. It has a certain romantic character that is further enhanced by its peaceful location and traditional architecture and décor. The quintessential Tuscan town of Montelupo Fiorentino is rich in olive orchards and vineyards. The farmhouse too is surrounded by rolling green hills with a lot of vegetation. The region has a long history of human habitation but it reached the zenith of its popularity in the 15th century for producing the finest ceramics. In June every year, the town hosts the International Ceramics Festival depicting its long tradition.

Many historical structures like the Church of Saint John Evangelist (7 minutes), Frescobaldi tower, Medici Villa (16 minutes) on the River Arno are testament its prosperity and cultural significance while the Museum of Ceramics (5 minutes) and the Archaeological Museum retell the story of its glorious past. The traditional cuisine of the town includes locally produced wines. Pan Bistugio is a must-try dessert in this part of the world.

For day trips, guests can visit Florence (35 minutes), Tuscany (33 minutes), Siena (1 hour 10 minutes), Lucca (1 hour) and Pisa (47 minutes). The nearest airport is only 24 kilometers away.
