This stone villa offers all the comfort and the necessary equipment. Outside is full nature, no direct neighbors no opposite, an outside kitchen with wood oven next to the infinity pool, in front of the house facing south, a large wooden terrace is furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge, a petanque. Inside a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with fireplace, 4 comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath. 2 extra beds can be envisaged (subject to our agreement) on the mezzanine. 10 minutes from the village of Mons where you will find a grocery store, a bakery, restaurants, 20 minutes from other shops, villages Fayence, Callian and Montauroux and their markets. Ideally located between sea and mountains, you have the choice of activities. The river of Siagnole where you can swim is within walking distance, the beaches 50 minutes by car, the gorges du Verdon and the lake of Sainte Croix 1h, the lake of Saint Cassien 30 minutes. The neighborhood of the house is typically Provençal with its remaining dry stone and olive trees and few homes.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
