Le domaine des roseraies, gîte Flaubert

The Domaine des Roseraies is made up of two pretty typical Norman houses on a 5200 m² estate, in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.

You will find the Flaubert cottage, with one floor, and the Maupassant cottage, on one level, and can enjoy the large green garden.

A charging station for electric cars is available in the parking lot of the gîtes.

Petanque ground and closed bicycle garage.

The two cottages have a spacious and warm living room which welcomes you with their beautiful fireplace and their equipped kitchen.
The two bedrooms per cottage each accommodate two travelers in a cozy nest.
The sofa beds can accommodate one person.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for Flaubert and a shower for Maupassant.

You will be able to enjoy a very soothing environment, with a large enclosed garden not overlooked, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and a view of the church of town.

You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.

Un gite authentique assez exceptionnel dans un cadre très beau et calme. On trouve tout à moins de 10mn dans la ville d'Isigny.Excellent accueil du propriétaire Hervé. Tout était parfait, je reviendrai.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung.Die Lage ist gut geeignet für alle Ziele in der Umgebung, das Auto ist aber unbedingt erforderlich.Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und aufmerksam, spricht gut English und etwas Deutsch, also man kann sich verständigen. Auch Haustiere werden akzeptiert, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist und super nett war.Punkteabzug gilt nicht dem Haus an sich. Bloß wir wurden jeden morgen um halb 4 von Hähnen geweckt.... Ist schon klar, Dorfleben usw. tja, mich hat es gestört. Und das Haus inkl. Grundstück ist fantastisch, wenn zwei Familien gemeinsam anreisen. Sonst kann es passieren, dass in der zweiten Doppelhaushälfte eine ziemlich laute Truppe einzieht, dann ist es vorbei mit Idylle.

Excellente location disposant de nombreux atouts

La maison est située à proximité des différents lieux de mémoire relatifs au débarquement ce qui en fait un atout très appréciable. La description sur le site est très fidèle à la réalité. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Hervé et Myriam ont été disponibles et ont veillé à ce que tout se déroule bien. Je recommande vivement cette location, nous avons été ravis.
