In this large triplex, which can accommodate up to 8, groups will be able to enjoy the joys of skiing and many leisure and cultural activities nearby. Located in Monêtier-les-Bains, at the foot of the Col du Lautaret, this apartment is full of appeal, with its private garden and patio. South-facing, it is very sunny and affords a lovely view over the chalets and the mountain. A large, comfortable triplex recommended for a relaxing or active holiday, whatever the season.

"Le Rocher" is a lovely block of three large apartments, at the heart of Monêtier-les-Bains, the highest village in the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski resort. The building offers an exceptional view of the Mônetier glacier and is within close proximity of the Grands Bains de Monêtier, renown for its natural hot springs. A shuttle bus - free for those holding a ski pass - serves the villages of the valley so that you may enjoy the entire Serre Chevalier ski area stretching over 250km. The shuttle bus stops only 300 metres from the apartment block. In short, this holiday home is an ideal pied-à-terre for a hassle-free group holiday.
