Resting on the gorgeous slopes of Monchique, the villa overlooks the stunning Algarve coast. Casa Nino is an ideal holiday location for up to 12 people, well-suited for remote working / longer stays. The town of Monchique is 4km away and there are two excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. There is a private heated pool (heated upon request), BBQ terrace and four spacious en suite bedrooms and terrace access which make this a really fantastic holiday location either to just relax in, or explore the locality.

Casa Ninho is situated on the south facing slopes of Foia, the highest mountain in the Algarve and is easily accessed by tarmac road to the end of the drive.

Refurbished to a very high standard this villa provides a perfect base for your holiday in the Algarve. The villa can comfortably sleep 12 people, with four generous bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed / sleeper couch) and two twin rooms, the living room also has a comfortable sofa bed / sleeper couch. All bedrooms have fully fitted en-suite bathrooms. The villa is centrally heated for the cooler months (please contact host regarding the costing for the central heating - the can be added to the quote), and has a large open fire in the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine loads of pots, pans & utensils. The dining area has a large family dining table seating 8, the lounge offers TV/ DVD, VHS, CD, and mini disk player.

Balcony, terrace, BBQ terrace and pool terrace all face south with breathtaking views. 10m x 4m heated swimming pool. Please get in touch with the owner for extra charges for heating the pool.

Notes:
The villa rental includes the cost of a weekly change of bed linen and towels, housekeeper, water, electricity, gas (in winter months there is a surcharge, please contact owner), maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Any defects or deficiencies must be reported within 48 hours of commencement of the rental period. After this time it will be assumed that everything is in order.
The villa rental price does not include personal, travel or cancellation insurance, transportation, airport transfers or mid-stay cleaning of the villa, beach and pool towels.
Use of TV, video, DVD, HiFi, Internet, garden furniture etc is free of charge and therefore the availability or function of any such items cannot be guaranteed.
