Die Lage des Hauses war gut, dennoch ist es sehr hellhörig. Vorteilhaft war die Nähe zum Strand und die überdachte Terrasse.Zu den Nachteilen zählt, dass das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet war und das Badezimmer leider kein Fenster hatte. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht . Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand phantastisch!!!

Winterurlaub

Im ganzen war die Ferienwohnung super, mit leider ein paar kleinen Mängel. Die Reinigung bevor wir kamen war sehr schludrig, an allen Ecken wo man auch zu Hause keine Lust hat zu putzen waren dreckig. (Lampenschirme, Ecken, und dort wo man auf dem Fußboden schlecht ran kommt) Die Handwerker wurden angekündigt das war auch nicht schlimm, jedoch haben diese wahrscheinlich in der zu bauenden Wohnung geraucht und durch die Lüftung roch es im Badezimmer und in der Wohnung nach Rauch. Die Ausstattung war super und auch schön neu, nur wären neue Matratzen, Kopfkissen und auch Bettdecken angebracht. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit allem drin, was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand (1x über die Straße und 1x über die Düne und schon war man dort) war der weitere Vorteil. Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub auf Rügen sehr genossen und können diese FeWo sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft…

…, aber an der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden. Die Lampen Parkplatz/ Eingang brauchen auch nicht die ganze Nacht brennen. Hier wären Bewegungsmelder sinnvoller.

1 Woche im Oktober

Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe verliefen schnell und problemlos. In der Wohnung hätte es an der ein oder anderen Stelle sauberer sein können (Spinnen & -weben, unterm Sofa und in unserem Fall wurde das Ceranfeld vergessen) Bad sauber, nur übliche Gebrauchsspuren. Am Strand wirklich in max. 5 Minuten, herrlich! Sauberer Strand, schöner Sand! Wir hatten in unserer Woche nur viele Quallen im Wasser, aber das ist Natur und hat mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun. Die Unterkunft kann man durchaus empfehlen.

Perfekte Strandlage

Wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Anreise,da ein Check-in auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gewährleistet wurde. Der Austausch war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Landstraße aber sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es wenige Schritte,was bei dem ganzen Gepäck mit Kindern super ist. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

wunderschön

die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier. Der Strand ist ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und die Ausstattung lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Ferienwohung mit Baustelle

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Leider hatten wir während unserem Aufenthalts einen sehr laute Renovierung in der Wohnung über uns, weswegen wir die letzten Tage im Hotel verbracht haben. Inzwischen wird die Renovierung wohl abgeschlossen sein.
