Quiet. Clean. No lamps or anything breakable but they insist on $50 deposit in case something gets broken. One entrance next to office. Exits at opposite end. You'll do a lot of walking because parking is in the rear near the exits, but the only way in is at the front of the building. No plastic cups. Ice and coffee.

Staff was all very friendly. Location is close to a lot of stuff. The park and Brickell area are short walks or the Brickell loop train is across the street. Lots of dining near by. Much better than a typical hotel room.

My rating would have been a five had it not been for the smoke detector and some other server-internet dial up sound beeping all night. Traveling with young children that can’t get good sleep due to the beeping sounds made it a horrible two nights. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Sink faucet had a leak but really no big deal.
Let the front desk know but issue was not resolved.
