This luxurious, spacious and newly furnished villa has an apartment for four people in the main body of the house with about 120 square meters of living space. For larger families there are two additional rooms with a bathroom available on the ground floor for an extra charge. These rooms are about 40 square meters and are suitable for four people. Due to their location on the hillside it is pleasant, bright and at ground level. Including the fourth additional room (15% surcharge for the first one, 10% for each additional person) the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with integrated kitchen. The house has air conditioning, heating and a fireplace. Also an open terrace of about 50 m2. It is about 2 km away in a straight line to the sea. The house is situated on a hill and has an impressive view over the olive and carob trees to the sea. There is a stone barbecue outside, near the garden. The swimming pool is of generous dimensions and is available exclusively for the tenants. If you rent the house during the heating period, you will incur additional costs depending on its use.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
