This home sits on a corner lot so easy parking in driveway, the north and east side of house. Can run extension cords from the garage to charge up boat batteries. Room for 1 vehicle and boat in driveway, STREET parking for 2 more vehicles with boats and possibly 3rd. Large back yard offers privacy and is great for enjoying time outside under large shady trees.
