On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot.

This location is a gem. 💎 The facility is nice, the staff was very welcoming. Thanks to Ms. Debra for her hospitality and making sure we had a good hearty breakfast before heading back to Houston! 💜 Everything was on point, biscuits and the grits were delicious.😋 Our room was spacious and very clean. Leaders Conference

The hotel staff were nice and the building was in good shape overall. Our only issue was they did not clean our room in accordance to their posted cleaning policy, which was rooms are cleaned every other day. We were there 5 days (Thursday -Monday) and our room was not cleaned, until the day before we checked out; and, that was by request on Saturday afternoon. The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, had a nice outdoor area and lobby area for gatherings. Fresh popcorn was made daily. I would consider staying again but would require room cleaning per their policy and fresh towels daily.
