I only stayed one night but wish it was longer. The decor is fantastic relaxing and homing .. I wanted to spend the entire day in one of their sitting rooms just to unwind and relax. It was warm welcoming clean and very cozy! The dining area and decor was also amazing although I didn’t have time to eat I had some good fresh morning coffee! I hope to come back!!

Very nice and authentic BnB. We stayed one night, but loved everything, the room, the library, the service. Omelette for the breakfast was delicious. Christal the owner is very nice and helpfull, we had problem with the car and she called to the right company to fix it. Thanks a lot.

Old mill building with many historical photos and decorations. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

We stayed in the Walton Room. We loved how easy it was to check-in & check-out. So if you are arriving after 10pm this is the place for you. They just leave you your key with instructions to your room; very convenient. Bed was very comfortable, clean room, wi-fi signal very weak, everything else was good except they didn't offer free coffee like in other places, it's $3.00, even the cheapest motels have free coffee. We didn't get the breakfast @ $40 extra even with a discount coupon doesn't justify the price for breakfast. Other than that it's a nice quaint little place.

Very friendly and personable. Liked the overall decor and ambiance.

Checking in did not occur as conveyed. There was not anyone there to greet us and we had to search for the keys to our room. Not a big problem though, the history and décor more than made up for the issues with checking in. It was a great stopover for our trip through Utah. Lots of construction going on; can't wait to see the results. Highly recommend.

Booked the room found out later wasn’t Moab 54 miles away, didn’t say that.got there said I didn’t take breakfast option so much for a bed and breakfast.they wanted more money.

Great comfortable bed and breakfast. Has a great rustic feel. Staff was friendly and upbeat. Provided a pack and play for our daughter to use.

This is a very nice B&B in an interesting building -- an old mill. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The location is close to many attractions, like the Needle section of the Canyonlands National Park.

Was just off the main street so it was in a quieter location. Easy check-in, friendly staff, very clean, spacious room, nice bath, excellent breakfast. Would love to stay again sometime. Please know there is (of course) no elevator in a remodeled mill.

You must have booked a breakfast not included rate online. Booking direct is always less expensive and includes breakfast so let us know if you're ever back in the area
