Nice condo

Condo was spacious and had everything we would need for a stay in a house. Kitchen was stocked. Patio was nice and had sitting area, table, fire pit and grill. The pool and hot tub were under construction while we were there. We would have used if it was available. Condo was very clean when we arrived other than some pet hair on the throw blankets. It was more relaxing and I felt more at home than a traditional hotel.

Thanksgiving in Moab

Good location to hiking. House was well stocked in kitchen, bathroom laundry. Nice little place. We had 4 adults and it was comfortable.

Great Moab stay

We enjoyed staying at this single story townhouse outside of Moab. It was a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks to walk the dogs. The home was clean and well stocked, and the decor was fun! The management company was incredibly responsive.

The facility was very nice. We enjoyed the large closed in patio with our small dog. Towards the end of the stay the ants were getting bad inside and outside. The bathroom tub drains so slow that when taking a shower you are standing in several inches of water.

Great Moab Stay

The condo is exactly as described. Kitchen had everything we needed. I cook my own meals while traveling because I must eat a Gluten Free diet. The kitchen lacked nothing. Bed was comfortable- just a perfect relaxing place to come home to after exploring the National Parks. Highly recommend.

Very nice

Very clean property. Great bed. Close to Arches and downtown Moab. Issues: trash compactor did not work. Dishwasher door was hard to open. WiFi was not working on laptop. We texted support and they were quick to respond.

Wonderful

Hubby, 2 dogs and I only stayed 2 nights as we were driving down from Portland (OR) to Houston (TX), it defiantly wasn't long enough - it was a really lovely house, and a great location to get to those fabulous national parks! Defiantly coming back to stay again!

The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. There wears more than enough in the kitchen. Outdoor seating and propane fireplace. Large garage. Just a short drive to downtown Moab or to the trails. We loved it.

Perfect, I want to rent again next year at this time.

Everything was as expected. I did call the local people to come clean off the patio as it had been quite windy. They responded quickly and had it all cleaned up.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay during EJS. Ron the owner is incredibly responsive, the unit was perfectly clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and the neighborhood nice and quiet. We have rented other Vrbo in the past and this was by far the nicest of them all! We were so thankful to be able to stay in such a clean and comfortable home during our visit. Everything was well laid out and in perfect working order. We are looking forward to coming back for just a family trip next year to explore the state parks and hope this is still available.

Great property!!

This was a great property! Exactly as listed. We had 3 couples and it was especially nice having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. We had 2 SBS's with trailers and parking was easy and convenient. Unit was ultra clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was a great priced condo for a busy weekend. The property manager was very quick to respond and sent us useful information about about Moab and the property. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The place was very clean and had everything we needed! Would love to stay here again!

Spring break in Moab

Super clean and comfortable condo for our annual spring break trip to Moab. The third bathroom sets this condo apart from others in the area and was great for a group of 8. Will definitely stay here again!
