After many stays in VRBOs over the years this is the first property I’ve been to that over delivered. It is listed as luxury and definitely fits the bill. Well stocked and in a good location right in town. We stayed in unit 2. I can’t speak for other units but this unit was surprisingly large and clean. I’m guessing the unit is around 1300 sf. It has tall vaulted ceilings with nice finishes and is well furnished. Everything we used or plugged into worked. The tap water is either well water or really good city water. Plenty of water pressure and hot water for multiple showers.The king bed in the master is soft but supportive. I have a bad back and usually need something more firm but it worked fine.The host was very accommodating and had great communication.

The place was very roomy, very clean, lots of pots, pans and utensils to use. They even had dish towels. Also BIG flat screen tv in master. The only few things that I wasnt impressed by was the mattress in the master bedroom and pillows too thin (one for each side). Most places have at least two per side. Too soft for me and my husband. Missing a towel bar rack in spare bathroom which looked kinda tacky and would have been useful. The closet door handle in master bedroom kept falling off. Those are the pretty miner issues but otherwise, very nice condo!

This was a perfect place for us for our week long vacation in Moab. The location was fantastic - within easy walking distance of grocery and some restaurants, and of course the parks. It was clean and just enough space for us (me, my husband, and adult son). I was thinking it would have been a great space for us when our kids were younger, too. Communications were very timely and clear. The thing we found the most helpful for this specific rental was the entry way. They have a wonderful place to hang all of our outdoor gear and such. It really helped us organize all of our "stuff." We would absolutely stay here again when we (Lord willing) return in the future.

This property is very nice. It was clean and very comfortable. It is towards the end of town, so you get a way from all the traffic. There was plenty of parking and space to get bigger vehicles into.

2nd stay disappointment

The unit was nicely appointed as it was with our last stay! The unfortunate start to our stay was a broken washer/dryer. We were accommodated with a W/D in a vacant unit which suited the needs of the moment as we had been traveling for a week and had planned laundry for this stay. Couple of other issues arose......upon our arrival there was a clogged toilet, towels were bleached and discolored and when I went to use the oven the kitchen filled with smoke as there was a spill from previous user!

Wonderful place!

Loved our stay! This was the halfway point on our National Park trip so we wanted a place to spread out (the moody teens especially), have some home-cooked meals, and do laundry. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed. We had one issue with the dryer, but reached out to Tyler and he quickly responded with a very helpful solution. This was easily the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and if we’re ever in Moab again would book again!

Fantastic Location and Relaxation

We truly enjoyed this little oasis. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and laundry was helpful. The property is only ten minutes from Arches and twenty-five from Canyonlands. We would stay here again.

Very nice and great communication

Very nice, clean, and modern. Close to downtown and grocery. Would stay there again. If i had to chose something to complain about it would be that there wasn't any coffee and the ice machine made such a loud knocking sound that we had to turn it off from making ice ,though it didnt have but a few cubes to begin with. But that is being nit picky. The real star was the property manager who was super quick to respond and resolve the issue of another guest playing loud music through our speakers.

Wonderful location for adventure
