A couple things: The sheets had not been washed. How did I know this? I pulled back the comforter to find women hairs in the bed. Additionally, we arrived very late. The door has to be pulled in to open. This needs fixed and updated. After several attempts to get the door open- we got it open but, after slight panic attack and some curse words. Please fix this.

Beautiful condo, best pool ever, and easy access to parks and trails

Very spacious and clean property. The pool was a blast for all ages. The condo is relatively close to the parks, trails, and downtown Moab. The oven was a bit of a challenge to use - hint the instructions are in a drawer on the other side of the kitchen :) but all in all excellent and can’t wait to go back!

Great spot near Moab!

We were only in town for ~24 hours but you can't beat this spot. Mountain views, an amazing pool/hot tub area, and a brand new condo that was perfect! ~10 min from Arches National Park and all the fun in Moab. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely

We enjoyed everything about the property!!! It was amazing and a super convenient location. Our AC had gone out, but we were moved into another property so we could sleep on our second night. I would rebook again in a second, though. They made every attempt at fixing the AC and it was just a random occurrence. The property is very well maintained and we had a fabulous time!

Great Family Base of Operations in Moab

We had an excellent stay. Unfortunately, there were issues with HVAC A/C, but the property manager did a great job handling the situation. The property is generally well-kept, clean, functional and provisioned for extended stays. There are a few items that need attention and/or maintenance due to “wear and tear”. These items are listed below: - Loose closet door knob in Hallway King Bedroom - Clogged sink in hallway full bathroom - Pocket door does not latch in hallway powder room - A/C did not cool lower than 76 degrees - Missing kitchen shears - Needs (4) additional pool towels - Coffee maker auto stop function was broken - Loose toilet seat in master bathroom - Missing a recycling can (recycling needs to be a priority for the Sage complex) - Front Door Handle is loose and is difficult to open in combination with the keypad deadbolt - Missing TV remote control for Hallway King Bedroom - Missing Umbrellas, Sunbrella Sun Shades and/or Shade Trees in the pool area. When it’s 105 degrees, unless you’re underwater, it is practically impossible to sit by the pool without shade.

Perfect for families

We loved this spacious condo just minutes from Arches. Plenty of room for our family and super clean. Hot tubs and pool perfect for fun in the sun too. Easy access to grocery and great restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Oasis in the Desert

This property was in a great location. The condos are relatively new with great amenities. Our condo accommodated our family of seven very comfortably. And the pool was an absolute treat after being in the heat and dust of the desert all day! The owner was a great communicator and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great place to stay, everyone loved the pool and hot tubs.

Plenty of room with great views of the pool. Facilities were clean and in new condition. Room has gas grill, along with washer and dryer. Pool are is great and and if you want to can do all your grilling at the pool. Plan to stay there again.

Nice

It was a little cramped as we booked a room with 1 king and 2 queens but got a room with 1 queen, but we managed:) Listing said sleeps 16, unless counting balconies or floor, not sure how you could do that Condo and furniture were beautiful, just have to be careful because bed frame sticks out pretty far - we had a lot of bruised shins, not a big deal but the master has light coming in at sunrise so if like to sleep past 5 or 6 am bring a couple extra curtains! Bunkbeds were definitely made for kids not adults, did make it entertaining though!! Overall it was a beautiful condo and we had a great time
