Brilliant service!

we had a good stay with a very welcoming check in experience. well located in town of pomena. worth knowing there are a fair few stairs required to get into the property. they let us leave our luggage after checkout whilst we waited for our ferry too. overall suited us for a couple of days exploring the national park - thank you!

Fantastic choice on a beautiful island

Mljet is a gem of an island and these apartments are just as good. they are clean safe and well located for both the town of pomena and the national park and lakes. we had a side sea and harbour view which was lovely in the evening and for breakfast. having the option to make your own food is great as well because mljet can be a bit expensive for eating out. But if you do eat out you are steps away from about 15 places. Terra Solis is right below you on the sea front and you get a small discount here if you are a Lorena guest. the owners are wonderful and have made a beautiful new 2 person suite on the ground d floor that will be available soon so look out for that!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

This Airbnb is a great choice for a couple of nights in Mljet if you're wanting to explore the national park. It's really well located in Pomena and near all the activities. The hosting was amazing and we were given some great recommendations for our stay.

Brilliant service!

Very great place to stay in Polema. Easy access to the park and stones throw from the restaurants and cafes in the port. Really easy going hosts and nice and quite place.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

This was a perfect home base for us for our time on Mljet! Pavo was super responsive & came to help us immediately when we couldn’t figure out how to make the shower work correctly. Beautiful views of Pomena & the sea.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was wonderful and so was our host. He suggested to take us to the supermarket in Polace because the supermarket in Pomena was closed. He was always helpful and upbeat. Would definitely return!

Glorious residence!

we had a fabulous stay and felt very well looked after. even treated to pancakes one day by Pavo our local host, and cake on another day too. all delicious. Pomena is fabulously placed to discover the countryside and the lakes.

It was a perfect place to stay, very close to the national park, and the ferry. The balcony was really nice, and the room great aswell. The wifi was only working in 1 corner of the room, that was the only thing not great.

Jelena and Paco were excellent hosts. Great communication, nothing was too much bother. Pavo met us at the apartment and gave us suggestions for trips and shopping. Great views overlooking the harbour, very peaceful.

A delightful apartment located in a totally idyllic setting, less than 5 minutes walk to the port, National Park and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. We didn’t want to leave.

A beautiful apartment to stay in a magical place.

The apt is perfectly located in town with a beautiful view from the balcony. It's nice to watch the boats come and go and there are a number of nearby restaurants. It is also a great location to explore the national park, which is wonderful. It is not a long walk to the small lake in the park, or you can rent bikes to explore farther. If you are staying in town, your park ticket can cover more than one day for the same price. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in early when the ferry arrived and also offered a luggage storage space to use after check out.

Extraordinary journey!

Jelena and Pavo were wonderful hosts. Great communicators and perfect place for your stay in Pomena. The only drawback was the wifi only worked in one corner of the apartment (and even then not very well). However, we didn't travel to the seaside to use the wifi, so we never asked Pavo to fix it - maybe he could have! Thanks a lot for everything!

Major-league holiday!

The apartment is located close to the port, so it is easy to get to it upon arrival (we came from Hvar on a ferry). We were met by the host who showed us around and provided advice for time on the island. All in all, we liked our stay and recommend the place for anyone coming to Mjlet to enjoy national parks. One thing to note (not about the apartment or host but island is general). If you want/plan to see central and east parts of the island, you will either need to be in very good shape for long bicycle rides or need to rent a car. Luckily, 2M auto offers car delivery and pickup in Pomena for a reasonable fee, which we found very convenient. This is not a promotion, just something one may find useful.

Beautiful, modern apartment with ocean and sunset views!

Our unit at Lorena Apartments was perfect! Very modern inside and lovely ocean view balcony that we enjoyed in daytime and evenings. The building superintendent, Pavo, was welcoming and so helpful! We were so grateful that he took the time to tell us ahead of time there were no markets open and to bring our own groceries. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen with olive oil, balsamic, coffee and even pasta - so great! Very close walk from the ferry... shortcut along the water (Pavo also helped to clarify not to use the google map default instructions), and he kindly let us store our bags safely after check out until our departing ferry was leaving late that afternoon.The local restaurants Pavo recommended were perfect for dinners watching the sunset. Bring cash as several restaurants did not accept cards or their card machine wasn't working because internet was spotty in Pomena. We also loved our visits to Mljet National Park... a quick walk from town. Thanks for a great stay!

High-end vacation!

Since Jelena is not the owner, I did not receive adequate information about the place in advance, despite the fact that I drew her attention to the fact that I was looking for a quiet place. I was very disappointed, this town is the most visited by tourists on the island. Three smaller apartments crammed on one floor, if the neighbor is noisy, it is difficult to relax. There was no mosquito net in the bedroom so it was stuffy at night. I can't sleep with air conditioning on. Otherwise, everything is very nice and clean.
