繁華街に歩いていける点とコスパを考えたら抜群。駐車場が少し離れてるのがややマイナスポイントではあるものの、そこまで気にならない程度。ただ、ベッドにダニがおり、2日目以降痒みに襲われたので大きくマイナス。あとはスリッパが簡易的すぎるので100円均一で買った方が良い。立地的に最高なのでこの点は改善して欲しい。

浴室の換気扇がなかったためか、ちょっとカビ臭さがあったのと、エレベーターがなかったのはマイナス点でしたが、立地も良かったし、室内は色々と揃っていて良かったです。

部屋設備がものすごく便利

ホテルのスタッフと一度も顔を合わせることもないアパートメントタイプ。部屋は広くて、清潔で、洗濯機も冷蔵庫も電子レンジも完備。テーブルがあってパソコン作業などにも便利。ベッドのマットレスはしっかりしていて快適でした。タオルも毎日替えをくれます。値段が安い時期に滞在したので、コスパとしても文句なし。ロケーションは夜の店が近くにあったり微妙で、大通りからは坂もあって荷物が重いときは不便ですが、公設市場にもバス停にも宮古神社のような見所にも近くて便利です。

思った以上に広くてとても清潔でした。 冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、長期滞在で自炊まで出来る設備で驚きました。タオルも毎日替えを用意してくれてるので、清潔に保てました。 繁華街も歩ける距離なので、お酒も飲めるのも便利です、次回の宮古島からは常宿にしたいと思います。

初めてフロントの方とまったく接しない宿でしたが、全く問題はありませんでした。冷蔵庫に入っていたオリオンビールのサービスが嬉しかったです。駐車場もレンタカーを借りましたので、徒歩数分の所にあってよかったです。部屋も清潔で、宿は寝に帰るところと考えている私と妻にとっては、立地も含めて十分でした。 　一点困ったことは、空港から市バスのようなバスで郵便局の前で降りたのですが、場所が分かりにくく、海工房というお店で聞いても、HALEHOTELと言っても分かりませんでした。少し案内の表示でもあると、初めての人は助かるのかもしれません。それか、携帯に順路の写真を送るのも方法かもしれません。初めての宮古島を満喫できました。ありがとうございました。
