Enjoy your holiday at this 3-bedroom apartment in Mittersill, which lies on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol, at a snow-sure elevation of 1.2 km. The apartment has central heating, free wifi, a shared garden, and a lovely terrace to host 6 guests.

The apartment is directly on the slopes of the Kirchberg and KitzbĂŒhel ski areas. Also, the middle station of the "Panorama" gondola is right next door. You don't have to deal with ski buses or lines as the ski lift is just 100 m away. There are also a few restaurants, 100 m away, and supermarkets to shop groceries, 5 km away. Moor Alm Restaurant lets you book lunch and dinner in advance, but the service is limited to winters only.

Enjoy the brilliant views of the snow-capped mountains from terrace. There is a private ski storage space with ski boot heaters. Children's bed and a high chair and parking is available. Please make sure that you dispose off your rubbish and switch on the dishwasher if there are any used dishes.

Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner sehr spĂ€rlich. Die GĂ€stekarten haben wir trotz zweimaligem telefonischen Kontakt nicht bekommen. Auch mussten wir die Wohnung im Komplex selber suchen, da keiner da war. Die Wohnung war gut, könnte aber besser gereinigt werden. Außerdem flog stĂ€ndig der FI Schalter raus wenn wir den Backofen benutzten!

Wir ĂŒberlegen die Wohnung wieder zu buchen. Abends haben wir ĂŒbrigens mit bis zu 10 Leuten in der Wohnung zusammen gesessen. 4 Personen waren in anderen Panorama Chalets untergebracht, so konnte man auch eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe unterkriegen. Großartiges Wohnung in Top Lage!

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet (neueste ErgĂ€nzung ist eine Waschmaschine). Aussicht vom Balkon ist natĂŒrlich sehr schön mit all den Bergen im Hintergrund. Mit anderen Worten, wir konnten keine Negative entdecken. Im Sommer können Sie einen schönen Spaziergang genießen und im Winter sind Sie ganz in der NĂ€he eines Aufzugs, etwas fĂŒr jeden.

Auch eine private Parkgarage, wo Sie in der Wohnung Aufzug kommen. Wir genossen jeden Tag. Es ist wahr, dass Sie an einer Hauptstraße, aber fast nichts Bemerkenswertes. Die Gondel ist nicht storend.Het Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und von hier aus können Sie bereiken.Terugkomend leicht viele Orte auf dem Hausmeister Bernie sie immer bereit fĂŒr die GĂ€ste sind, kann perfekte Gastgeberin sagen.

Gute Ausstattung 2 BĂ€der (1 im ersten Stock mit Bad, WC und großem Waschbecken + 1 in der obersten Etage mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken). Offene KĂŒche ausgezeichnet alles drauf. Großes Wohnzimmer (großer Tisch mit 6 StĂŒhlen, bequemes Sofa). Schlafzimmer ausgezeichnete Betten, viel Stauraum. Balkon im ersten Stock mit zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und einem gerĂ€umigen Balkon mit SitzbĂ€nken, StĂŒhlen und mit herrlichem Ausblick. Skilift (Gondel) direkt vor der TĂŒr! Skifahren zurĂŒck zur Wohnung .... nice! Trinken am Mooralm und wenn Sie nicht Lust zum Kochen haben, können Sie auch große Mahlzeit! Sie können auch fein durch die vielen Gipfel nach Kirchberg, Kitzbuhl oder Jochberg Skifahren. Dann AprĂ©s Ski fahren, aber .... Taxi zurĂŒck kein Problem (es gibt viele da). Lebensmitteleinkauf ist eine 8-minĂŒtige Autofahrt entfernt in Mittersill. Alles in allem haben super!
