Great house and good location!

We had a great time staying in this house! The property manager was very responsive when we had any questions, and we had no issues at all with the house. It was clean and well furnished- had everything we needed for our stay!

The stay was great for our family as we gathered for a family member's celebration of life. I tried to message the host before our stay, and got lots of communication back from them, just never answered my questions I asked. The traffic along metcalf was incredibly noisy, and hard to drown out at night when trying to sleep. They do have TVs in every bedroom, so if you can sleep with background noise, that would help. If you need silence, not the best place to rent. It was also easy to miss the driveway when turning off of busy metcalf into the hidden driveway, so be careful! Would be nice if they had a sign or something at the end of their driveway. Otherwise, cute place! Close to everything we needed, and easy to get to highways from there.

Overall, the stay was great. However, more attention should have been paid to details like the front enclosed porch and the back laundry room, which were not swept. It was a great facility and would book again.

NFL Draft

First, communication with Tyler was top notch, zero issues, nothing but great things to say about him. Was hoping for early check-in if available, turns out it was and very easy. Only bad thing, trash in cans wasn't at curb so we came to full cans, but able to manage. Plenty of towels, amenities, space, etc.. Every room had a smart tv, so connecting Netflix, etc. was very easy. Overall, nothing but great things to say about Tyler and the property.

Unfortunately, a Very Bad Experience!

We booked this for a stay in KC with our grown children and new grandson. When we arrived, the entry ways were pretty dirty, and the place had an old house smell, but I didn't think too much of it. But once we got in the place, we realized that there were some major cleaning problems. Not only was it unclean, but it had been quite some time since it had much of a cleaning (please refer to the pictures attached). Finally, we found that the sheets were even dirty. I don't mean stained, I mean that you could literally see scale, hair, etc. from the last person who slept on them. I contacted the host and sent pictures and explained the problems. She offered to send a cleaner, which was a nice gesture, but the cleaning needed would have taken quite some time (for one, the sheets on all the beds would have needed changed). I asked for a refund and the host agreed. I have not yet received a refund and the host is not answering my messages when I try to follow up.This was a very strange experience. We have never had a problem with cleanliness on a short-stay rental. But this one was over-the-top unclean!
