The accommodation comprises
- A 38 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- Covered and tiled 18 m² south-facing terrace with Jacuzzi

The house is ideally located in Missillac, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Activities :
- Visit the Château de la Bretesche and its 18-hole golf course just a few minutes away
- Stroll around the ponds and forests of Missillac
- Discover the Brière Regional Nature Park with its marshes, boat trips and local wildlife
- Equestrian centre and horse riding in the surrounding countryside
- Visit La Roche-Bernard, a town full of character with its port, craftsmen and art galleries
