Comfortable

The property was wonderful. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside—thanks to the screened area, we could relax without worrying about any flying insects. The neighborhood was perfect for both running and peaceful strolls through the serene surroundings.The only downside was that the master bathroom felt a bit too small to move around comfortably, but overall, we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

This is our second time staying at this property. Listed below are the below issues we had--patio was under construction without our disclaimer. There was no furniture and red caution tape blocking off slider doors. -appeared black mold on patio. -lack of remote for outdoor fan and automatic screened porch. -slider door off track and difficult to close. -two cockroaches. 1 was alive. -dirty sock left in laundry room. -torn and broken furniture. -stained rug. -ceiling fan coming off ceiling with wires exposed. -horrible communication with property management. Took over 24 hours to get responses.

10/10 for sure! Great location on the strip and on the Sandestin property. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. It was even a short walk to the beach which I wasn’t expecting. Loved it all!!!

Simply Superb

We always stay in the Sandestin area. This rental was simply superb. Exactly as listed, very clean and updated. The rental is more spacious than expected and came with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. Short walk to the beach, golf and fishing at the back door. Also close to the outlet, Grand Blvd, the public beach, and Destin Commons. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and hope to rent again.

Perfect stay at Tivoli 5224

Condo is perfectly laid out with lots of thoughtful details, storage. Comfortable furniture and beds. Location was great between the beach and bayside where our son was playing in a junior golf tournament. Close to restaurants but away from the busy parts of Destin. Neighborhood is great for walking and running!

Fantastic rental!

Perfect place and location

The condo was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The location was perfect and short distance to Destin and Seaside Beach.The only thing that would have made it even more perfect would have been a golf cart. The property manager was quick in responding to any questions we had and very helpful! Definitely recommend staying there!
