My wife and I were there 3 nights/4 days and our room was never cleaned. When we attempted to request for room service on 2/14, we were told “rooms are cleaned every other day and our room was on the list to be cleaned that day.” We left the hotel at 10:30a and returned at 9p to an uncleaned room. A call was made to the front desk, and clean towels & bathing clothes were delivered. Trash was not emptied nor were the sheets on the bed changed…not cool!!!

Loved this room and Hotel. I am never disappointed with Residence Inns and this one was superb in every way. The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained. Great location, attentive staff, a hardy breakfast each day, and great laundry facilities. Topped off with a rarity nowadays for seniors... an easy to operate TV on which we easily added our favorite streaming service apps. Could not ask for more.

The room was amazing! It was like having your own little apartment. They were clean and the decor was gorgeous. I really felt spoiled. All of the staff were so friendly and courteous. Really made us feel welcome. They were eager to help with anything that we needed. All of the amenities were fantastic. The location was great! Easy access to markets, shopping, dining and Moore. It was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
