Welcome to Laurel Grove! This charming home is located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. This home comes with a 6 seat cart for your enjoyment.

As you arrive at this beautiful home you will notice the large porch with swing and seating. Enter your perfect getaway into the fully stocked kitchen area open dining. This home features stunning coastal decor and plenty of natural light. The kitchen holds everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Spacious dining seats 8 and there is breakfast bar seating for 3. The living area, with plenty of seating, open up to the outdoor patio area with grills and plenty of seating.

Downstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, tv, dresser for storage, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor patio access. The master bath is freshly remolded with a sperate tub and shower and double vanity sinks. Also on the first floor you will find the first guest room with king bed, tv, closet, storage, and front patio access. The guest bathroom attaches to the hallways and the guest room. Enjoy the spectacular remodeled walk in shower in the guest bathroom as well.
Just up the stairs is the second guest room with 2 double beds, tv, walk-in closet and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo.

On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. Beach is less than 1.5 miles from the condo. Take the cart all the way to the beach!

Laurel Grove is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
