The building is showing signs of its age, but the unit was nice and very clean. Great location and within walking distance to many places. The process was easy and everyone was responsive. Thank you!

Great location

This unit was in a great location to Baytowne. A few things need to be upgraded, like the rugs, mattresses and pillows. The upgraded appliances were wonderful. It's on the corner so the balcony was very large. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was nice and as pictured. Unfortunately the main pool was closed and one of the alternates was also closed. Luckily this was the off season and the one remaining pool (1/3 mile down the road) wasn’t too crowded. Also very small water heater and the air heating was very very noisy.

Best birthday week ever

We loved 3401 Lasatta..will be back again for sure...only negative thing to say is the QR code to get in the parking garage..It was a running theme that no one knew about it. It would help if that email wasnt some random tagline. Left jewelry there and they promptly found it for me and took it to UPS.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, spacious, near everything! We are a family of four who comes down to the area every year for the past 6 years. This by far has been our favorite condo. It was spacious enough for our children to play and not feel cramped but cozy enough to not overwhelm us. It was tastefully decorated and right in the middle of all we wanted to do. The best part was that although we were right near everything the windows were sound proof! We definitely be back again!

Baytown

Baytown was amazing the condo was deff a home away from home I had almost everything I needed. If I had to give recommendations I would Say update your skillets and get a laundry basket per bedroom but other than those 2 things great experience we will definitely be back next year!

Good week in Sandestin!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had 3401 and the conjoining 3403 rented for a week. The rooms were in good shape except the floors. The floors are pretty dirty. We all had dirt stains on our feet.Having both units gave us three queen size beds, one king size master, a hide-a-bed sofa, and another full size couch for sleeping.The location is very close to the pool and a very short walk to the activities at BayTowne Wharf.My biggest complaint of the week is with Gibson Beach Rentals. I received a call saying that "The owner was unexpectedly having new appliances delivered to the room and they would be in and out in minutes." Best Buy delivered a new stove which was fine. But then a maintenance person from Gibson beach rental showed up and took over an hour to install the new microwave. This SHOULD have been scheduled on a turn-around day and not during the middle of my stay. I had 10 people all trying to rest/nap with this banging and clanking and drilling going on in the kitchen. An unexpected delivery is understandable. But the choice was made by Gibson Beach Rentals to send a Gibson Beach Rental maintenance member into the unit during my stay and I found that very uncaring and disrespectful.Aside from that, it was a good week and I recommend it to others.
