Cottage 199 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. The 3rd Bedroom is accessibly by a spiral staircase.
It doesn’t get any better than this…. all the comforts of home…..but at the Beach! That is what you’ll find at Hidden Dunes Cottage 199. This cute 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and even a screened in porch. The entire unit is designed to inspire peace and tranquility.
Relax on the spacious screened porch that overlooks the natural surroundings and winding reflecting pools and fountains. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its sugar white sand and emerald water is just a short walk away and there are two pools with hot tubs and 6 clay tennis courts. Hidden Dunes is nestled in a natural wooded setting that is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The property is gated with 24-hour security. Make your beach plans today and make sure they include Hidden Dunes Cottage 199 because this one books up fast!
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
