Lovely condo and community

We were very happy we choose this condo for our family vacation and celebration for our daughters high school graduation. Plenty of space and privacy for my husband and I, two 18 yr old girls and two 21 yr old guys (really liked the loft area with two queen beds). We enjoyed the outdoor patio, easy walk to the beach, pools, and the gas grills among the shady setting in the outdoor space. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Great stay and would definitely return.

Nice but outdated

The unit was fine but severely in need of updating. The beds creak and squeak, the master shower control must be replaced. Missing tp holder rod in upstairs bath. The tvs are way to small. Fridge froze food. Needs to better list the items included with the unit, for example no coffee filters. No kitchen cleansers for surface cleaning. Beach chairs should be replaced. Small washer and dryer considering the amount people that can stay there. The decorating looks like a Hodge podge of stuff leftover from a southern living house party. Nothing fits, does not match, no theme. Just sort of there. For the price we paid, modern style and furnishings would be expected. It is clear 1990 is alive and well in this unit.

Great beach access!

A perfect cottage in a nice community. Easy, short access to the gorgeous beach! Nice pools and hot tub in community. Cottage was as pictured. Screened in porch was the best spot for relaxing near the beautiful water feature. Would stay again for sure!

Great getaway!

It was a little outdated but perfect for a short trip. We had an issue with the master bath toilet the first night but maintenance came the next day and fixed it so we were very impressed with that!

Wonderful Time

We absolutely love the screened in deck. We spent more time there than in any other area. We played cards, thank you for having them there, and we sat talked and made memories. We have stayed in this community twice before and it is a terrific spot. You are close to the pool and a short enjoyable walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets. I did buy a stock pot as we made a large batch of chili while there, so we left it for future guests. We were very appreciative that you had beach chairs, there were 3, so we ended up only needing to buy 2, and we left those as we had no room to take them back with us, but I am sure they will be enjoyed by future guests. I did mean to tell the management that the master bath shower water control does not work right and so the shower head leaks. The only suggestion I have is that the non stick frying pan looks to have had its finish worn/scratched off…so you may want to consider replacing that one. Again, thank you so much for having us, we will be back!

Wonderful stay

Rooms were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beach a short walk away, lots of beach towels and toys (even a wagon and if I had known there was one already there I would not have brought mine) and the porch was my favorite hangout in the cottage. It could use a little updating, but it was so much fun. Loved the private beach, the fountains and pools too! Will be booking again.

The property was good. Comes very well stocked with towels and all the kitchen appliances you need! Great patio with calming fountain right outside of it. A bit of a hike to the beach and a couple flights of stairs. Not a problem for us. 2 very nice pools on property. Over all a great stay.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation! The location was great, not too far of a walk to the beach. Condo was just as described. Plenty of room for all seven of us to spread out when we needed to. We would recommend this rental and will stay again.

Nice, clean property close to the beach

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach with no traffic to worry about. This is a second floor property with steps (no issue at all for our party). Very clean, plenty of room and easily sleeps 10. Would stay here again without question. Owners were very responsive and great to work with.

Everything was perfect!

The home, resort, beach, everything was even better than imagined! Not a single negative thing to say from the whole family. The walk to the beach was one worry we had, but it really was a short and lovely walk, past a beautiful pond where the kids always wanted to stop to see the turtles. We even saw a few different food trucks during the day. A couple of times we also just drove a little closer within the resort and easily found parking right beside the beach. Would happily stay here again!
