Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. During Spring/Summer, we have the amazing beach crew set up 2 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building in the large bin for our guest's use, please borrow what you want.
This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Other things to note
The bottom floor deck does have a shared area of steps to get to the private beach. It will only be used by other guests in the townhomes, not used by the public. The private beach entrance is through a private front gate with a code or can be accessed through the bottom floor of bedroom #2.
