Welcome to Maravilla #1106, located in Destin's most POPULAR family gated resort! This condo is just steps from the emerald green water and sugary white sand beaches. That's why it's called the Emerald Coast! Enjoy easy access to this desirable ground floor condo. Beach access is now a beach ramp.

** Both bathrooms are getting completely remodeled in October. One of the bathrooms will be a tub/shower combo and the other will be a walk in shower. **

The master bedroom offers a king size bed and its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to your oversized patio. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the hall bath. The kids love the third bedroom and view it as their own little retreat while enjoying the bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double-sized bed with the twin on the top. If you need additional sleeping space, no worries, the living area couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 1st and October 31st.

Maravilla is a gated community that sits on 33.7 acres with its own private 2.5 acre white sandy beach. We now have a beach ramp!! No more stairs to the beach! Volleyball nets are available. A kayak rental service is available. The complex offers a gulf front pool with ample sunbathing areas. A second pool is located at the rear of the property adjacent to the clubhouse. This pool is heated seasonally and includes a hot tub. BBQ grills are located by both pools. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with a big screen TV. It has a dressing area and a fitness area. Bike rentals and ice machines are available.

Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited.

Other amenities include: gated community, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball goals, pleasant walking and jogging areas, and large, generously lit interior parking with security during high season.

All pets must be approved first. We accept a maximum of two dogs and no dog over 30 pounds. No cats or other animals allowed. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.

The place was fantastic - first time to rent the 3-bedroom version, which we loved. Also a great side yard for our pup. Apartment was comfy with a great layout. Great Stay!

We have been staying at Maravilla for years and have never been disappointed. Maravilla did have some outdoor maintenance going on during our stay. The management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns about this. We did have to take a different route to get to the beach, this was not a big deal for us. We love the new ramp down at the beach and are glad to see that the property is being maintained.

Wonderful Rental

We have stayed in several condos at Maravilla and this is one of our favorites! The condo has everything we needed and even included an ice chest and beach towels to use for the week which was a nice surprise. Karen and Stephanie’s condo was perfect for my wife and our two dogs. Great location in Miramar Beach. Maravilla is very dog friendly as many people had their dogs with them. They were very responsive hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Wonderful family vacation!

We stayed Mar 31-Apr 6, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The house was super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The hosts were responsive to my questions as this was our first visit to Miramar Beach. The beach service with two beach chairs was so helpful for the grandparents, and the beach toys were great for the little one. It was a new experience for us to just bring ourselves to the beach, and it was so refreshing! The first floor condo makes it feel very accessible, but people who have extreme mobility issues should be aware that there is not a walk in shower and the beach access includes stairs. (The public access down the road a little does have a ramp.) Neither of those things affected our stay, as the grands were able to maneuver quite well, and all of us from age 5 and up were VERY comfortable!

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close walk to to the beach and our favorite, POMPANO JOES!! (Get the Turtle Brew) Condo was very clean and our kids loved the bunk beds. It was also nice to sleep in a bed that was actually comfortable (an issue we have found with rentals) The pool was super clean and my kids found a new love of pickle ball. (All the equipment was in rec room). Condo kitchen was well stocked and unit had a lot of beach equipment if you needed it. Hosts were also very quick to respond and accommodating. Check in-out was a breeze! I would definitely recommend this unit if staying in Miramar. We also loved visiting Cinco daily. He’s a rescue kitty around the corner who loves lots of attention.
