The home was beautiful and all inquiries were answered quickly.

We enjoyed staying here, the locations was perfect! The home was very spacious and all the beds had a bathroom. The home needs rugs in the bathrooms, hand towels to dry hands and additional blankets or throws for the living room.

We had the BEST time. They were quick with responses and catered to our every needs if and when we needed them. I 10/10 recommend this place and this company! Very very dependable overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be back and we will definitely book with them again! We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks.

This was a great, clean place to stay, a lot of space, very beautiful home and close to everything. Gated community. Very quite, I would definitely visit this place again!!!!

Wedding Weekend

This property was everything that was claimed in the listing. Beautiful. Clean. Spacious. It was the perfect setting for our family to prepare for and stay during our son’s wedding.

Mini Vacation

Renting this property was an easy process. Also communication with the owners threw email was perfect and responded on time. House was clean, big enough for 12 people. Enough towels and kitchen had everything that was needed so that we could cook for the family. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

June 2021 Family Vacation

The property was nice and bigger than the pictures on the website. The beds were comfortable for a vacation rental. The security cameras pointing where everyone hangs out on the back patio seemed a little invasive and would suggest listing the gate code to enter the community at the top of the information on the portal. We had to search for this information. Overall this was a great vacation rental and we had a great family vacation.

Pretty Good

Overall the experience was good. Had some issues with things in the home and with gate codes not working to the beach but this was communicated back to RealJoy and they responded in a timely manner. We still could never get our code to work for the beach access and had to ask another group to get in. Overall was a good experience.

The best property!

Everything was in order when we arrived. The property was the best. It was in a gated community no far from the beach. The entire house was modernized, it was perfect for all of us.
