This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Fairways community of SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® is the perfect secluded retreat and is only minutes from the gorgeous beaches of The Emerald Coast. The single story cottage includes a screened porch with a pond view!

This lakeside home is filled with natural light and lake views. Relax on the sectional sofa with the entire family for a movie night. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic essentials for a night in and the breathtaking patio area provides the perfect romantic setting for a candlelit dinner. Not looking to stay in? No problem! Head to one of the many restaurant options on the resort for a night on the town, not to mention the delicious food and local shops you're sure to encounter.

The lively master bedroom hosts a king bed and with corresponding hall bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and en suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area as well.

The best part? The 4 seater golf cart that is included with your stay! Cruise around the resort in style and see all that the area has to offer.
