Overall review

Disappointed with the size of the 2nd bedroom and the size of the beds, which were uncomfortable. Wish they had queen size beds. .Having a window in the room with blinds and access to people seeing in if blinds were open. Really disappointed with the ice maker. I don"t think the filter was changed enough. gave us a metallic taste in our mouths. Wish the safe worked in the master closet.

Family Beach Vacation

The resort was very nice with close proximity to the pools and beach. The property management company was fabulous with checking in with us prior to arrival to we sure we had all the necessary information; after our arrival to check if any issues or concerns The condo is very well stocked and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation

Paradise in the Panhandle

Perfect location! Lovely, well-maintained unit. Excellent communication with the property manager! Detailed information was provided in advance to allow for easy planning. Checkin was a breeze! The property manager checked with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was great. Checkout was easy. We’ve stayed at Beach Manor for over 13 years and have always had great stays. But this is by far the best property manager we have had.

We’ve stayed a TOPSL many times and this property is ideally sized and located just high enough for beautiful views and just low enough that you could take the stairs. Excellent outdoor space.

Second Girls Trip

This was our 3rd time at Miramar and while we LOVE it, it was the wrong time of the year for us. My daughters and I spent the 1st week in November 2021 and it was PERFECT! Then our whole family went in May 2022 and it was packed! Again, my daughters and I spent the 2nd week of October 2022 and it was pretty crowded, apparently it was fall break, YIKES! There were biting yellow flies which required 40% DEET and enormous Cannonball jellyfish. None of these things are within control except to say we should have maybe done a little more research into the most optimal time for us. Aside all that our unit was beautiful and Breathe Easy Management was absolutely delightful to work with and we will be using them again.

Perfect Condo for beach getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The communication prior, during and after our stay was outstanding! The condo was clean with very comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout was nice having the master down the hall from secondary bedroom. Easy access to the beach and pool. AC worked great and showers had good pressure. We would rent again, thank you!
