The views were amazing. It was so beautiful. We walked to everything we needed. Rented a golf cart across the street to go to dinner and shop. Perfect place !! Great memories

Overall Very Happy

Very nice unit. Great location and access to the beach. Found that the common area wasn't big enough for 10 adults. Kitchen was well supplied but small. Dining area also small. Probably better suited for 6-8 people. Floors could have been cleaner upon arrival and dusting could have been better. The lamps had a lot of dust on them. We would stay there again in the future. All in all we were happy.

We rented this great home and attended a Moon Crush Featival. 5 stars. Steps from the water, easy access to the festival, walked to lunch. The house was the perfect accommodation.

Bachelorette Weekend

The whole experience was a dream! The communication was stellar, which enabled us to check in a day earlier last minute (storm related change in travel plans) and stay a day longer. They even helped me with a package that I thought I had mistakenly had shipped to the house. The house was clean and ready for company and all instructions were super clear. One thing I would suggest is a guide to all of the light switches in the living room because they are a bit confusing. The space was absolutely perfect for my group of 10 women, my 75 year old mother, and my 4.5 month old baby. Everyone slept so comfortably! A few of us are trying to plan a return trip with our families! 10/10 highly recommend this property! The location is fantastic, the furnishings quite comfortable, and

1641 Gulf Scenic drive

Nice house. Great host/property manager. However, dishes and silverware were not clean. Improvement: list which rooms are on each floor. (King on 2nd and 3rd floor, bunk beds on 1st, kitchen on 2nd)

Amazing

We had a total of 14 people in our stay and had plenty of room. The house was very clean, except for a few roaches, it was amazing! It was our perfect family vacation. Only one thing I was not comfortable with was that the weird guy that works across the street at the scooter rental shop for some reason had access to go on the property and go around our cars. It was 10:30 at night and when we got back to the house I thought someone was breaking into our cars. When we confronted him about why he was on the property, he said he was allowed to go on the property anytime he wanted to and we couldn’t do anything about it. He quickly left when I told him I was going to call Real Joy and ask. I did ask and they said no one should be able to go on the property and they would look into it , hopefully they do. The next morning I did see that guy again and he was one of the workers fro the scooter shop. Other than that it was great!

Milestone Birthday/ Family Vacat

We had 13 adults, a preteen 2 toddlers and an infant, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. The only setback was the size of the kitchen if your wanting to cook vs. eating out. The private beach area was awesome the chair and umbrella service provided was a jewel.

Great memories and will book again!

Great house, super convenient location, with a great view of the beach. Realjoy was also quick with their responses and with whatever I needed. When we checked in, we can feel the dirt and sand on the floor. Thats common since I know how hard it is to maintain that but it was to the point of where we had to vacuum ourselves. Our grill needed a new propane and they immediately sent someone with it, no additional charges. Across the street is DQ, a cheap and huge shopping store where everything is $9.99, rentals for scooters, bikes, golf carts, etc and the best coffee, Bad Ass Coffee, all within a 1 minute walk.

Lovely location

We had a group of adults (40s to 50s) for a 5 day stay. I loved that this house was across the street from coffee shop and a restaurant with good pizza! We loved the chair service included - and used that every day. Wide lovely beach you can walk up and down for miles. Lots of steps to all bedrooms or kitchen (if you have older knees be aware any house like this will have lots of steps) Overall good condition - Cleaning needed to be upgraded, which they are now aware of. We would stay here again.

Great beach location

Overall, the property was a little more worn than expected with some damage in places. But it was clean and in a great location. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella is a plus. Process was easy and seemless. Would definitely go back.
