Welcome to the popular community of Frangista Beach! This beautiful 3BR/3BA private home sleeps 8, is located directly across the street from the Frangista Beach community pool, and is just one block away from the gated beach access.

Discover hardwood flooring, 11-foot ceilings, and beautiful furnishings as you step through the front door of this two-story beach cottage. Gather in the open gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor. The coastal chic dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar accommodates 5. The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sectional sofa to provide additional accommodations. A 55" smart tv with Direct TV cable, Xbox for gaming or watching DVDs. Enjoy the cool vibes and gentle breezes on one of three spacious porches. A propane grill is available just off the kitchen for preparing your family's feast. .

Located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The second floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master bedroom also features a screened-in porch with a six-person seating area to enjoy conversation and wine with friends, or to gather for coffee in the mornings. (Complimentary Keurig brewer with a starter set of K-cups provided.) All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s, DVD players, and cable TV service.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.
