1/4 got a hot shower. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and other people’s garbage under the sink. Rooms were HOT and couldn’t get the temperature down to under 80 with opening a window.

There was no one at the front desk when I came to check in. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to finally show up. Then the keys he gave me didn't work so we had to walk around the building in frigid weather (4 degrees). Of the replacement keys he gave me only one worked. There were no towels in the pool area. When I went to the front desk to request some, he said he would bring some. It took about 20-30 minutes for him to bring some. The room was comfortable and the stay was relatively pleasant despite the initial hiccups.

The room was clean and the staff polite, but not exceptionally welcoming. We booked a two night stay, and left the first morning to take care of business. Upon arrival back in early evening of that night, our keys did not work. Back down to the front desk, where we were told a maid had been in our room and told the desk attendant we had checked out and left all our things. He didn’t look happy with us. When I asked him to recheck our reservation he agreed we were indeed scheduled for a two night stay. No apology, just rekeyed our room. The next morning there was a knock on our door. After checking the peephole and seeing a housekeeper, I unlocked and opened the door. She was gone. Where she could have gone in that short time, I have no idea. She did not answer when I called to her. The two incidents were disconcerting, and although the room was comfortable, happy hour was relaxing, I’m not sure we will return.

I selected this hotel as it had EV chargers. I needed the nonTesla charger. I tried after my meeting to connect. Tried again after my business dinner. No luck either time. Finally, I went to the front desk. The breaker was off for only that charger. UGH. What a lot of aggravation and stress worrying before that I wouldn't get fully charged overnight to get home.

I travel a lot for business and leisure, and this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. My room, the common areas, and the pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The evening receptions were thoughtfully planned. Staff was always available if I needed anything at all.
