Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests.

This property was very nice. The neighborhood is really quiet. It felt very safe, as we did walk to the corner gas station a couple of times. Everything you need was there. Steve was a great host. He brought us an extra blanket as it was a tad bit cool in the space for us.

We recently stayed at this wonderful property and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and had a lovely, serene atmosphere to it that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding, it truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything we wanted to see was conveniently close, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We enjoyed staying in your home. The location was perfect for us and also very quiet. We think a night light for the bathroom would be helpful as it was very dark. You might consider letting renters know that the television is not hooked up to the major networks. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. We certainly would consider staying with you again.

We had a great time! Bed was comfy, suite was private, quiet, and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay. Neighborhood was really cute, quiet, safe. Access was easy and came with two deadbolt-able doors with your own key. Will come stay again! :)

Quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay. My son attended hockey camp during the day and this was a quick and easy commute to the arena. I was able to work remotely and my son could get some rest after hockey camp. When our schedule changed, Steve provided understanding and flexibility. We will consider booking again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Writing retreat

I live locally, but wanted a place to stay to escape the daily grind and just concentrate on my writing for a while. Roomy studio

This place was perfect for my stay in west St. Paul. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and helpful host made this stay great. I really liked the white sound machine and the mid-sized fridge. Looking forward to staying here again for future River Centre conventions and Excel events.
