Checked in Fri. afternoon. Went out, returned to the hotel late at night and the water wasn't working. Transferred rooms the next morning. Desk clerk was friendly, but other than sorry, nothing was really done even though we had to change rooms at 6am on a Saturday.

We booked 2 Loft Suites for our stay at this hotel because we were attending a wedding in a nearby location. When we got to the hotel, only one of our suite was ready and the other suite was not ready until 4 pm. This was a great inconvenience for us because the wedding start at 5 pm and we barely have enough time to get ready.

Food was always picked over when we got there. Taco meat was empty. Had much better breakfast at Staybridge Suites. No extra glasses in room for water. Not overly impressed and really not worth the price. Had better stay at competitors: Staybridge and embassy Suites. I stayed at a Sonesta es in Orlando and got a better deal, service, and food, especially breskfast. Not sure if I would stay at Eagan location again.

Loved the grounds, two bedroom suite was perfect for our 6 teenagers traveling with us and my husband and I. Some finishes need to be touched up but overall it was great.

Generally nice. There was not dedicated work or desk space, work had to be done on the dining counter. Although polite and friendly, the staff often provided wrong information when asked a question. The telephone in the room never worked. After three days of notifying the staff about the phone problem I gave up. If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. When I called the front desk and asked about the Wifi access code, I was given the wrong code. When I asked a staff member about ice I was told I could get it at the front desk, but when I went to the front desk, they told me how to turn the ice machine in the refrigerator on; there were no instructions on the refrigerator. The room was clean and well furnished, except for the lack of a desk.

Good stay overall. Breakfast was at best avg. I love giving 5 stars and could have given at least 4 but for a few things. We asked for several items to the housekeeper and did not receive them. Door was falling off. Coffee not refilled even though we left a note. Beware of this if you are using Shuttle: The last impression sadly was the ride to the airport. Most hotels run every 15 mins. This is top of the hour only. Leaving early morning for flight made us leave about 30 mins earlier because of this. But then the driver took an employee of an airline to their office which was 10 mins out of the way and then took the rest of us to after the drop off at an office building outside the airport 4 miles. It created alot of stress about getting to the airport on time. This shuttle should have done this drop off separately after dropping off at the airport.

No vacuuming, replacement of coffee, and my bath mat disappeared.

I'm already planning my next trip! This was home away from home!! I was amazed at what all we got for the price! I was in the remodel unit and they are doing a awesome job! I was there for minor surgery so I never made it to breakfast, but my son did not miss a meal! He came back full from a hot cooked meal every morning and Tue-Thurs they also feed you all you can eat dinner!!! I saved, saved, saved all the way around!! We had a 2 bedroom suite, I stayed down in the room that had 2 queen beds and full bath, tv, my son loved his space up stairs king bed, full bath, tv, Full new kitchen living room with fire place! Minutes from the airport, mall of america and my doctor!

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and honest. My younger son left behind his ipad, and the hotel management contacted me to send it via Fedex. I was impressed by their honesty and accommodations

This was a close place to stay by Mall of America and close to Target center. The morning breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. We were going to drive to the mall and the basketball game but the staff shuttled us to the mall for shopping and picked us up and took back to the mall so that we could take the rail downtown which let us off within a block of the stadium. It was a great idea and no traffic. Thank you to the staff.

The hotel is fantastic! The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Our stay was wonderful! We would definitely come back, our experience was super!

It's was a Girls Weekend ... and the hotel room was extremely disappointing. I got lured in with the great photos and description on the Website but as soon as I walked into our two bed suite with fireplace, I was in trouble! The air freshener was so strong it immediately kicked off an allergic reaction in my lungs. I got an instant sever sinus headache. I called the front desk with no options and no action or compensation offered. We opened the room entry door windows and left them open for three hours. For the record, all the other hotels in the area were booked ... our goal was to move. I could not find anything available in the area. When we returned from the Zoo Concert due to all evening rain storm, the patch in the ceiling was leaking. The dog next store was barking. It was not a fun experience! Save our ship... is what I call this adventure. From stinky to sinking... Sonesta! If it were for my fun company, the event would have been a complete bust. I will say the bed & pillows were comfortable.

We were excited to have a girls weekend getaway in the MPLS area and to visit the new Premium Outlets. The hotel was conveniently close to the outlets. We booked a larger "loft room" with 2 BR since there were 4 of us women traveling and staying together. The room was OK, but the hotel seemed to be old and in need of updates. Not a huge deal breaker for us, as we only stayed on night. It was nice having the extra space in the room.

The room was large and had plenty of beds for everyone. There were 2 tables to sit at and a full kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices for everyone and it saved us over $40 eating the buffet. My only issues were limited parking (we had to walk a block to get to our room) and we found a shoe in the sofa bed. Not a 5 star hotel but for the amenities and price you can't go wrong. All that being said I would stay again.

The place was very comfortable, close to the airport, and had a pretty good breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We thought this was a great value for the money. Staff was very helpful, room was very clean and had a kitchen area. Free breakfast had a lot of choices which we appreciate, and the room was quiet. Due to close location to airport, a bit of plane noise but that was to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

We picked this hotel for a weekend getaway with her daughter who attends a college nearby. We chose a room with a loft bedroom upstairs and Murphy bed downstairs. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living area. So much space! Even though these are apartment type dwellings, there was still a full breakfast every morning. The selection of food was excellent, and the staff very attentive and pleasant. Check-in/checkout was also efficient, even though we arrived late in the evening. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Minneapolis.

The staff was friendly and helpful, including those at the front desk, the maid service, and those that kept the breakfast area. The room was large, clean and well furnished. This was my first experience with Residence Inn and probably won't be my last.

I had been traveling for three weeks and stopped in Minneapolis just for one night to visit friends before heading home. My room was clean and comfortable. The best part was that after 3 weeks of hotels, the one night at the Residence Inn was my best night sleep!! So thank you!

We had a great time! When we booked the reservation, we really had no idea what to expect. We were very pleased with the hotel. My husband & I and our 3 teenage boys, had one room with two bedrooms, sofa sleeper two bathrooms, plus a kitchenette. It fit us well! The breakfast was awesome! The price was well in our budget! We would stay there again!
